Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Thuma Express Holdings, Inc. for ThumaPay payments and ThumaTrade subscriptions.

1. Who you are contracting with

Thuma Express Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation incorporated on 23 July 2026 under Delaware file number 10709156, registered office 2093 Philadelphia Pike, Suite #1252, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company. ThumaPay is its payments brand.

2. What ThumaPay does

ThumaPay is how you pay Thuma Express. It takes card payments for ThumaTrade subscription plans and for services on the Thuma Express platform.

Card details are entered into fields hosted by our payment processor and never reach our servers. We store a reference to your card, not the card.

3. What appears on your statement

Charges show as THUMAPAY. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before contacting your bank — we can usually identify it the same day, and if it should not have happened we refund it.

4. Subscriptions and billing

ThumaTrade is sold as plans. Counter is free and stays usable indefinitely. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, to the card on file, and renew automatically until cancelled.

The price is the one shown at checkout and in your merchant portal. Where Zimbabwe's IMTT or another tax applies, it is itemised separately rather than folded into the price.

5. Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the merchant portal. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to Counter. Cancelling does not delete your data.

6. Refunds

If we charged you in error, or charged you twice, we refund it in full. A period you have already used is not normally refundable — but if something went wrong, ask us. The contact details are at the end of this page and a person answers them.

7. If a payment fails

We retry the card and email you. Your plan keeps its features for a grace period of 14 days before the account returns to Counter. Nothing is deleted because a payment failed.

8. Your side of it

Give accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and do not use the service to break the law. We may suspend an account being used for fraud, and we will tell you why.

9. Delivery services

Deliveries, rides and parcels booked through the Thuma Express platform are governed by the Thuma Express General Terms of Use and the annex for the service you used. Those documents are presented for acceptance in the app and are part of your agreement with us where they apply.

10. The ThumaPay wallet

The stored-value wallet is a separate service with its own terms, presented for acceptance when you open one. Nothing on this page opens a wallet or holds a balance for you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you get, we will tell you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
